Every year Skin Cancer is affecting the lives of millions of people around the world. For some people with sensitive skin, spending time on the beach is out of the question due to the serious damage the sun UV radiation can cause.
Equipped with 7 years experience in the protective clothing industry, we started our mission with the aim of providing sun protection swimsuits for ladies and men who have potential to develop skin damage or been diagnosed with skin cancer, but quickly realized after research, that most sun damage happens before the age of 15, so we extended our range to cover all sizes starting from age 2.
There were several factors to consider when developing our swimwear collection, example:
Which fabric is suitable for our mission? How to make our sun clothing and sun swimwear products green and eco-friendly – after all it is global warming affecting the climate change and exposing earth to the sun UV radiation–? And How to make our Stingers, Swimsuits, Rash Guards Tops, Surfing Shirts, Swimming Shorts, Long Swim Tights and Sun Hats styles usable for different needs?
There were many more questions to consider, and not all related to sun protection clothing, in fact some of the feedback we received during our research was whether these sun swimwear garments can improve the body figure or enhance performance!
