Free Sun Clothing Sweepstakes rules
1. Eligibility: This FREE sun swimwear sweepstakes is open to existing and new newsletter subscribed members, to all purchasing customers at ecostinger.com, and to EcoStinger twitter followers who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary.
2. Entry Periods: starting July 5, 2010 and ending July 19, 2010. EcoStinger retain the right to stop and cancel this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice. If the cancellation is announced during a running sweepstakes, than that sweepstakes will be the last of the contest.
3. How to Enter: Register or create an account with ecostinger.com and subscribe to our newsletter - OR - simply make a purchase and your name will be included in the draw - OR - follow us on twitter. All newsletter subscribed members purchasing customers and EcoStinger twitter followers, as of the random drawing, are automatically entered in the free sun protection clothing sweepstakes. If you are an existing member and have not made any purchase yet, please login to your account and subscribe to our newsletter for your chance to win great sun protection products prizes.
4. Winner selection and prizes: Around the second business day following the end of each sweepstakes, one winner will be chosen in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, for a total of one (1) prize per one (1) winner per one (1) sweepstakes.
Each one (1) winner will receive only one (1) prize from the following available prizes: (a) a Sun Protective Swimwear.
Prize size will be chosen by the Winner, and color will be chosen by Ecostinger. NO EXCEPTION!
The prize value, is estimated to be around $44.50USD per one (1) winner per one (1) Sweepstakes.
5. Shipping and Postage: Shipping is by USPS mail services. Delivery time depends on destination. Item is posted from Traverse City 49686, please visit USPS website for more information on delivery time.
6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning vary and depend on the number of eligible members at time of drawing each sweepstakes.
7. Notification of winner: Winner will be notified by email, and announced on winners page, including winner full name, city and country (if outside USA). EcoStinger only method of prize winning notification is by email. If the winner does not respond within 3 business days of the email notification, or fails to comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification email within that time period, ecostinger.com reserves the right to choose an alternate winner from the pool of remaining eligible entries. Return of any prize notification email as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
