- Shipping by United States Postal Service (USPS);
- FREE SHIPPING will not apply when customers request Express shipping options;
- International customers can take advantage of this offer if shipping is within USA;

We use Unites States Postal Service (USPS) and Untied Parcel Service (UPS) for local and international shipping. Our preferred shipping methods are listed below::
Local Shipping (USA only):
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL DOMESTIC (delivery: 3 to 5 working days)
- UPS (Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day)
International Shipping:
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (delivery: 6 to 12 working days)
- UPS (international express)
(tip: international shipping cost is based on weight starting from 1lbs or about 453grams. the more items included in your order, the less the shipping cost as a % of total value)
for more shipping options simply include your specific request in the comment box when completing your checkout details (we will inform you of the difference in cost if any before finalizing your order).
Ecostinger will deliver the Product or Products to You at the address for delivery provided by You in the Customer Details Form in the Purchase Offer;
by way of the shipping method selected by You;
at the price that corresponds with the shipping method selected by You; and
within a time that is, at the discretion of Ecostinger, feasible.
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorised to receive the Product or Products.
Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to You upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
RETURN
If You are not satisfied with the quality of the Product or Products You have purchased pursuant to an Agreement, Ecostinger will exchange(#) or issue a refund(*) to You for the Product or Products, provided:
1. You return the Product or Products in NEW and UNUSED condition with the attached hang tags, and you should include necessary information which Ecostinger will need in order to correctly Exchange the Product or Products or Refund the Payment to You (including invoice number, name, address, and your requirements);
2. To the address stated below:

3. Within either:
(i) thirty (30) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is outside USA; or
(ii) fourteen (14) days from the date the Agreement is made, if the Delivery Address is inside USA

(*) Shipping cost paid with respect to a Purchase Agreement is not refundable.
(#) Shipping cost for any initial Exchange with respect to a Purchase Agreement is Free; and a replacement Product or Products with respect to an Exchange will be delivered to you by way of:
Domestic post, if the Delivery Address is inside USA; or airmail, if the Delivery Address is outside USA; or courier, if requested but at Your own full shipping cost.
