- USA local delivery by United States Postal Service (USPS), Delivery time 6 to 14 days;
- Non-USA international delivery by independent shipping agent, delivery time 21 to 31 business days;

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for local and international shipping as selected by customer upon checking out.
FREE shipping within USA is by USPS, and outside USA is by third party shipping agent similar to USPS services with longer delivery time. Our preferred shipping methods are listed below:
Local shipping (USA only):
- USPS EXPRESS MAIL (delivery: 1 to 2 business days)
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL (delivery: 2 to 4 business days)
- USPS PARCEL POST (delivery: 3 to 9 business days)
- USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL (parcels under 13 oz - delivery: 2 to 5 business days)
- UPS (Next day, 2nd day, 3rd day)
- FREE shipping: USPS First class (weight under 13oz), and USPS parcel post (weight over 13oz)
International shipping:
- USPS EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (delivery: 3 to 5 business days)
- USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (delivery: 6 to 10 business days)
- USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL (delivery: 10 to 14 business days)
- UPS EXPEDITED (delivery: 3 to 5 business days)
- UPS STANDARD (Canada only)
- FREE shipping: Third party shipping agent similar to USPS international services with longer delivery time (21 to 31 business days)
For more shipping options simply include your specific request in the comment box when completing your checkout details (we will inform you of the difference in cost if any before finalizing your order).
Ecostinger will deliver the Product or Products to You at the address for delivery provided by You in the Customer Details Form in the Purchase Offer;
by way of the shipping method selected by You;
at the price that corresponds with the shipping method selected by You; and
within a time that is, at the discretion of Ecostinger, feasible.
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorised to receive the Product or Products.
Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to You upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
RETURN
If You are not satisfied with the Product or Products You have purchased pursuant to an Agreement, Ecostinger will exchange(#) or issue a refund(*) to You for the Product or Products, provided:
1. You return the Product or Products in NEW and UNUSED condition, in original packing and the attached hang tags, within 14 days after delivery date; And you should include necessary information which EcoStinger will need in order to correctly Exchange the Product or Products or Refund the Payment to You;
2. To the address stated below:
