Shipping and delivery information
Allow 24 hours to process your order.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) and FEDEX for local shipping, and USPS for international shipping as selected by customer upon checking out.
Our preferred shipping methods are listed below:
Local shipping (USA only) is by USPS and/or FEDEX services:
- Standard Overnight: 1 to 2 business days
- Expedited: 2 to 3 business days
- Ground Service: 3 to 5 business days
- Light Economy: 3 to 7 business days (parcels under 13oz)
International shipping is by USPS services:
- USPS Express International: 3 to 6 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6 to 11 business days
- USPS First Class International: 10 to 15 business days
For more shipping options simply include your specific request in the comment box when completing your checkout details (we will inform you of the difference in cost if any before finalizing your order).
Ecostinger will deliver the Product or Products to You at the address for delivery provided by You in the Customer Details Form in the Purchase Offer;
by way of the shipping method selected by You;
at the price that corresponds with the shipping method selected by You; and
within a time that is, at the discretion of Ecostinger, feasible.
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Product or Products is deemed to be authorised to receive the Product or Products.
Property and risk in the Product or Products passes to You upon delivery to the Delivery Address.
RETURN
If You are not satisfied with the Product or Products You have purchased pursuant to an Agreement, Ecostinger will exchange(#) or issue a refund(*) to You for the Product or Products, provided:
1. You return the Product or Products in NEW and UNUSED condition, in original packing and the attached hang tags, within 14 days after delivery date; And you should include necessary information which EcoStinger will need in order to correctly Exchange the Product or Products or Refund the Payment to You;
2. To the address stated below:
